Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Due to the highly limited nature of The Content Authority Intensive and the hands-on studio production environment, all registrations are subject to the following policy:

Limited Enrollment Commitment

Each intensive is intentionally limited to only 5 participants in order to provide a high-touch, personalized experience with direct coaching, studio production access, and individualized implementation support.

When a seat is reserved, that space is removed from availability for other potential attendees.


Registration Payments

All registrations are considered reserved only after payment has been successfully received.

Because preparation, scheduling, staffing, studio allocation, and production planning begin immediately upon registration, all payments are subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.


Cancellation Policy

More Than 14 Days Before The Event

Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled intensive may receive:

  • a transfer credit toward a future intensive, OR
  • a partial refund minus a $150 administrative and scheduling fee.

7–14 Days Before The Event

Cancellations made within 7–14 calendar days of the event are non-refundable, however attendees may request:

  • a one-time transfer to a future intensive date, subject to availability.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing.


Less Than 7 Days Before The Event

Due to the limited enrollment structure and inability to reliably refill seats on short notice:

  • cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • no-shows forfeit their registration entirely.

Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your seat to another business partner, colleague, or team member with prior written approval.

All transfer requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the event.


Event Rescheduling

In the unlikely event that 360 Integrated Marketing Solutions or Arizona Podcast & Live Stream Studio must reschedule the intensive due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will receive:

  • priority placement into the rescheduled session, OR
  • full credit toward a future intensive.

Agreement

By registering for The Content Authority Intensive, attendees acknowledge and agree to the above cancellation and reservation terms.
